About our Founder
Cameron is a compassionate Registered Nurse with over 20 years of experience in healthcare. Beginning her career as a certified nursing assistant, she is completing a psychiatric nurse practitioner degree in 2025.
She blends Western and traditional approaches to address the physical, mental, and spiritual aspects of health.
Living with ADHD and PTSD herself, Cameron deeply understands the importance of holistic healing and has dedicated her career to helping others navigate their wellness journeys.
She is a certified Somatic Breathwork Therapist, Usui Reiki Master, and Yoga Instructor, reflecting her commitment to integrating mind-body-spirit practices.
