You can work with me in two ways: in person in Albuquerque or virtually from anywhere in the world
Every session is designed to help you regulate your nervous system, reconnect with your body, and move toward the version of yourself you want to become.
If you live outside New Mexico, you can still receive deep support through somatic healing, breathwork therapy, energy work, trauma integration, and holistic mental health coaching—all offered through secure telehealth. These sessions focus on the body, the breath, the subconscious, and your inner healing intelligence.
If you live in New Mexico, you also have the option to receive clinical mental health care, including diagnosis, psychiatric evaluation, treatment planning, and medication management when needed.
My intention is simple:
