I’m Cameron Pellegrino, PMHNP— a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, Holistic Healer, and Founder of Vital Explorations, a movement redefining mental health through science, somatics, and soul.
With more than 20 years in healthcare, my background bridges nursing, integrative wellness, and trauma-informed healing. I hold certifications as a Usui Reiki Master, Certified Somatic Breathwork Therapist, 500-hour Certified Kundalini Yoga Teacher, and 200-hour Certified Meditation Instructor, Human Design Coach, along with specialized training in psychiatric care, nervous system regulation, and vibrational therapies.
My passion is guiding others to restore clarity, balance, and vitality — blending clinical precision with embodied wisdom to help you heal at every level: mind, body, and spirit.

Why I Do This Work
I’ve seen both sides of medicine — the system that treats symptoms and the deeper current that seeks truth.
After walking through my own journey of Lifelong mental health struggles, trauma, neurodivergence, and burnout, I learned that healing begins where the nervous system feels safe enough to open.
